Stayed Sep 3, 2022We really enjoyed our stay. This was an empty nester trip with just the wife and I. Overall, good stay. We did have a few issues though. One, this property only has a small dorm like refrigerator with no ice capability. The small freezer section was completely iced over. Managment said they would take care of it, but did now while we were there. They did provide a large cooler, but this was less than ideal for drinks and frozen items. Two, the kitchen was sparsely furnished. It had some basics, but for the price and location we expected more, as all the other properties we've stayed at were very well appointed. Simple things like a measuring cup and a blender for drinks. Would recommend an ice maker too.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved this place. The space was perfect for two with a very comfortable king size bed and great bathroom. The location was amazing, just a short couple of blocks from the main square and the beach. Close enough for convenience but far enough away to be quiet. Highly recommend!

Stayed Sep 6, 2020The carriage house is well equipped for a couple to stay. The location is great for walking or bike riding to neighboring beach towns but Rosemary Beach has many places to eat that we rarely left the area. Beaches are beautiful and pool area was well maintaned. Would go back!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property is small but it’s perfect for two over a long weekend. Bring beach towels because there are none. We bought 2 at the local grocery store. We felt comfortable and very safe. Rosemary Beach is a gem! We had a wonderful time!
