Two further bedrooms occupy the mid level with one en-suited and a main bathroom. Upstairs a spacious open plan kitchen dining & lounge area awaits. Boasting polished wood floors, ocean views, stone bench top, breakfast bar and enclosed deck, this space is all about coming together. With a location so central you will be lucky to dry off on the way back from the beach, Sandy Beach One is the ultimate choice for convenience, comfort and class.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

    Beautiful accommodation, with children's retreat and short walk to the beach. Full kitchen, view of sea, beautifully decorated, wardrobes in every room, single garage and one in driveway.

    This property was ideal for 3 adult couples. The main floor kitchen, dining and living area was excellent, very light and open and had a great view. Our biggest surprise was that there was no free wifi/internet connection, though our other friends who also stayed in Lorne all had free wifi. As International travellers this was a disappointment. Information at the house suggested to go to the local cafe for connection but that was not easy to find as many businesses in town were closed. Additionally, there unfortunately were quite a few dead and alive daddy longlegs which we had to take care of in the bedrooms and bathrooms, and the shower in the laundry room was extremely small so it was difficult to move around in! The location of this property to Lorne and amenities is excellent.

    A great property, well appointed with views across the water on the upper level. So close to the shops and beach you won’t need your car. Will definitely stay again.

    The title says most but there are 2 other comments: 1. Three stories building may not be suitable for people with difficulties up and down stairs. 2. These days people would expect wi-fi to be as common as a washing machine. Unfortunately it wasn't provided.

    In the heart of Lorne, very spacious, excellent views and well equipped kitchen. Highly recommended. Only downside is that the website indicates that there are 4 bedrooms with 4 beds, leading the guest to believe 4 double beds. One room has two singles. In addition, there is a surcharge to pay by card through the estate agents.
