Guests have access to the unit, parking, a large fenced-in backyard, in-unit washer and dryer and high-speed Wifi. In addition, guests will have access to top of the line beach gear

The unit is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood of Bonita Springs, roughly a mile away from downtown Bonita Springs and 4 miles away from Bonita Beach.
Downtown Bonita Springs offer plenty of options for dining, shopping, parks, canoeing on the Imperial River, and a full calendar of special events.

Getting Around:
Car is recommended to get around.

Other Things to Note:
Gusts must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The rental agreement contains guidelines for guest stays including check in and check out, payment terms, damage to the premises, as well as a liability waiver in which guests are required to sign.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
