Welcome to your next getaway! This townhouse is located in North Myrtle Beach! You will enjoy spending your vacation in a quiet area while only being a short drive away from all of the attractions our area has to offer. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple vacation!



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Guests have 2 parking spot. Easy access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have trailers, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans, and more!



Family room: Enjoy the open concept with plenty of seating. Sleeper sofa.



Bedroom 1: King bed.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Two queen beds!



Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.



Porch: Nice seating area to enjoy the fresh air.



Pools: Complex pool. Subject to HOA scheduling.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool.



The Neighborhood:

This unit is in the perfect area of North Myrtle Beach. Just a short distance to attractions and our beautiful coastline.



Getting Around:

Easy access parking lot. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, hot tubs, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

No pets. Max guest count is 8.



By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



Routine pest control happens monthly. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
