Location was great, providing easy walkable access to shopping, dining, and beach. Quiet and clean property.

Exceptional communication. Comfy beds and plenty of towels. The bedroom could use room darkening curtains due to the front door light of the unit across the way shining bright all night.

Great stay

We stayed here with two other adults to see the Sandcastle Festival, which was fantastic! The first thing we noticed was the terrible musty smell as soon as we opened the doors. We had to open all of the windows and two doors to ventilate for several hours! We do realize this is an older place, but that was not pleasant! For the price we paid, it shouldn't have smelled like that! Other than that, it was ok. A short walk (and down a very steep sandy hill) to get to the beach. It was quiet and night and that was nice!

Very clean spot in a good location!

Clean. Noisy on first floor secondary to occupants above. Mattresses seem to be old and very, very soft!!! Uncomfortable for adults. I would recommend that the owner update with new mattresses and for guests to request a unit on the second/top floor. Great location.

My stay at Cannon Beach was amazing due to the location of the of the apartment which was just a block from the beach. The parking was great and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The apartment was just what I was looking for with a full kitchen and nice interior. I would love to stay here again.

TV setup stopped working 2nd day. No coffee filters, no lotion, no body wash. Towel rack broken before we arrived promised to get fixed but no done. Called to ask for filters but no one ever delivered.

Outstanding rental unit experience! The space is perfectly located: just a couple of blocks to the north will get you great coffee or good food. Just a couple of blocks to the south and you’ll find great coffee, fun shopping, and pretty darn good food. And then there’s the beach! It is just a block away and so easy to access. Wonderful host, very responsive when I asked a question, and absolutely worth every penny!

This place was great. Location was awesome you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Parking was right on site. The rental company was easy to work with and all directions were easy to follow. The beds were comfy which was a huge plus! Highly recommend!!!

We would definitely stay here again! Very comfortable and a block from the beach and a short walk to the cute downtown! Super cute care package for our doggie! Great coffee provided! Updated bathroom!

CB can get soendy, but this place is affordable. It’s also in an ideal location right in-between mid-town and downtown. We didn’t realize there’s basically two rooms in this unit. So it’s much larger than we thought. It’s not “fancy”, and it’s not ocean-front, but it’s VERY clean and comfortable. Would be great for a family with kids as well.

We had a great stay at this property! It was exactly as described and very well-maintained. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The location was nice, and was a good walking distance to the amenities of Cannon Beach!
