We arrived after a long drive to a filthy towel on the floor, a bed with no sheets/blankets, a broken refrigerator (discovered after our food spoiled), a broken toaster, a leaking toilet and wet bathroom floor, a fan you couldn’t turn off, and a door with a stuck lock. There was no “24/7 concierge” as advertised- manager Dary did not respond to our message until the next day and gave no option but email for contacting. What if there had been an emergency? Other lies on the listing: “queen bed” = double bed; “futon” = cot. “Bohemian “ = stingy not artistic. She eventually replaced the toilet and fridge. She also reimbursed for our spoiled groceries. Still, this place is a rip-off: very cramped, beds are uncomfortable, everything is cheap (utensils, toiletries, furniture)., and no temp control/thermostat. Who leaves a coffee maker with no filters? No paper towels? A shower head in a tiny shower with a sign not to move it “or it will break”? Every guest we met complained. I am actually not that picky with lodgings nor do I ever leave negative reviews. But this was too much to stomach, and the experience didn't match the price. You’re better off at a hotel.
