The suite is fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We provide all linens and beach towels. We provide plenty beach chairs, beach umbrellas, Boogie Boards, sand toys. These are shared with otherrenters, and we always have extras in our inventory.

There is no carpeting -- just luxurious porcelain floors. Slab quartz counters, European Hans Grohe Rain Showers, washer and dryer in unit. Did we mention the game room Pinball, video games, Foosball and shuffleboard.

The Sand Suite (1 bedroom/1 bath) may be rented independently or combined with the Surf Suite (2 bedroom/2 bath) to create a 3 bedroom/3 bath suite.

There is no smoking or pets allowed anywhere on the property.


Great location! Walk one block west to the beach! Walk to restaurants, the charming Village shops, the farmers' market and nightlife are all nearby!
