Apartment 4 is ideally located next to the swimming pool so you can watch the kids play, while enjoying stunning ocean views and breezes from your private terrace patio.

The beautifully presented open plan loungeroom features smart TV with Foxtel and unlimited Wi-Fi, bar fridge and tasteful furnishings.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with dishwasher and island bench overlooking the dining area with plenty of room to enjoy meals together on holidays.

The master bedroom feature queen bed, ensuite with walk in shower, and access to your terrace patio. Step straight from bed out to the beach for an early morning surf or dip in the ocean.

The second bedroom offers two single beds and the third bedroom comes with one double bed.

The renovated main bathroom has a shower plus separate toilet, and there is a washing machine and dryer for guests to use.

Keys are to be collected and returned from our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 10 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

    The location of this property is amazing, quieter end of the Gold Coast and about as close to the beach as you can get without being in the sand!!

    Great access to the beach, walking distance to shops. The unit was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped with the basics as well as platters, serving bowls and crockery and glassware. Very impressed by the maintenance man, who kept the bbq area, pool area and refuse area immaculate each day.
