San Marco/Downtown Modern Suite

clean, quiet, and great location for my needs Only things that should have been supplied and were not (wash cloths, hand towels and dish cloths)

This is a great option for staying near downtown. We were attending a concert at Vystar, and were able to easily get to the water taxi stop and avoid driving and parking downtown. The apartment is super clean, kitchen is stocked (Keurig coffee maker) and the bathroom was well laid out. Perfect stay for a couple or single or 2 friends. Very happy with communication with host and will save this property for any future stays! I do recommend bringing your own pillows, the ones there flatten super fast. San Marco has some awesome restaurants and there is a Publix close by.

Had a great one night stay. Suite is clean, functional, and in a nice quite neighborhood that is a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping in San Marcos square. Had a good porter at the VooDoo Brewery for a night cap and enjoyed a nice breakfast on the patio of Southern Grounds Coffee shop. Suite is as described and pictured. We'll look to stay here again if in the area.

Super easy, chill studio in a great spot. Bare bones, but only used it to rest so it was perfect!

Please be aware this location is close to a train so you may hear them throughout the night. Other than that quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown.

Cute little place. It suited our needs for price and to be close to the town that has shops and restaurants and is close to the river. The owner communicated promptly to all my questions.

Stayed here for about a month everything was great property manager was great as well checked up on me to make sure everything was great would highly recommend, very nice and modern looking house as well!
