✫ Parking is very tight and oversized vehicles/trucks may be a close fit. There is one designated off-street parking spot labeled for the unit. Street parking is free, available first come first serve, directly across the street from the unit.

✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.



Note: Absolutely no fires on the property or in the communal space. A $500 penalty will be applied if this rule is violated.



FYI - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

    Couch uncomfortable squeaky, dishwasher not attached, opened window with flies all over, uneven floor throughout felt like you were drunk walking. I had to strategically place my pack and play for my daughter because she kept rolling to one side as the floor was slanted. The host was very responsive, beds comfortable, great beach access and house was updated

    Conveniently located to the beach. Newer appliances, good shower and fresh linens. Bedroom was big enough to fit my daughter’s bassinet. Cons are that you can’t see the water from the windows (have to walk up a flight of stairs). The “common areas” are not well marked or identified in the literature. Lastly the apartment needs more storage for clothes and dry food, plenty of room for it, suggest the entertainment center under the tv in the living room gets converted to a nice big bureau (like in hotel rooms). Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider again.

    This rental was exactly what myself and my family needed. Directly on the beach making days at the beach so easy with our children(ages 1, 4, 6 & 12)Listing was exactly as described and the house had many little details that were very helpful such as seasonings and creamers. There are stairs to get up to the shared yard/common area and beach; which made it a little difficult for us with having a handicap child that uses a walker and wheelchair but we made it work. The host was extremely fast with responses and very accommodating. Only downfall is your not able to have a fire on the property or the beach.Definitely highly recommend and would book again.

    I rented this property with my husband, children (2 & 4) and parents the week after Labor Day. The property is clean, well-maintained and well-appointed. I appreciated the detailed listing as well as the comprehensive house manual. Even though it was off-season, we had amazing 75-degree weather all week, so the AC and fans were much appreciated. The location was close to activities in Salisbury as well as Hampton Beach. The beach felt private, clean, quiet and so convenient. It was especially great for small children who still nap. While I feel the property was as advertised, the ‘first-level’ unit description is a bit misleading. While you only have to climb four steps to enter the unit, there is a steep wooden staircase to gain access to the yard and beach. My mother has mobility issues, so the staircase was a bit daunting. Again, the listing was accurate, but it’s something to be aware if your family has accessibility concerns. Also, the unit itself has low ceilings. My husband is 6’ 5” and had to duck through doorways and crouch a bit in the shower. Finally, the full-size bedroom does not have AC, and I quickly learned opening the window wasn’t an option, as the window opens to the trash barrels for the entire condo. Fortunately, the standing living room AC can be redirected into the bedroom at night. All in all these were minor tradeoffs for the location, condition of the property and attention to detail of the hosts. We would definitely return!

    This quaint, 3 bedroom, one level unit that slept 5 of us comfortably was a perfect location near restaurants and music venues in the center of Salisbury. It was just steps away from the beautiful private beach where we found plenty of sea glass and other beach treasures! There was one designated parking space by the unit, and plenty of off-street parking nearby which was convenient. We appreciated the portable AC which kept the unit very cool and comfortable on the 90+ degree days! The rental management team was very attentive to our needs and responded quickly to any questions. Some of my friends are now interested in returning to this same spot for a future Salisbury Beach visit/vacation with their families! Thank you for helping to make this a memorable and fun trip with friends!!
