Stayed Dec 26, 2025Clean, organized and very welcoming house. Well certainly come back, the beach nearby, great location. The Host is super attentive. I recommend.

Stayed Oct 15, 2025The unit is decorated beautifully, is so nice, and very clean. The outdoor seating areas are relaxing and it was nice having beach chairs and coolers provided. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and other activities or a quick drive to downtown St Pete made it the perfect location. It was quiet, the AC was cold, the bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully prepped with everything you need. I'd definitely return. :)

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Convenient location to walk to restaurants, night life, and Upham Public beach. The property was clean and property owner kept us informed about details for us to be aware of during our stay. We will return in future when looking to stay in the Dt Pete Beach area.

Stayed May 2, 2025This one bedroom apartment was perfect for us , 6 minute walk to Upham beach and right at the end of the street from the Waffle House. The bed was super comfortable and all other amenities were great. The love seat is not comfortable in the living area,we used the couch and TV in bedroom .We would absolutely stay here again..
