St. Pete Beach Pass-A-Grille studio right on the Gulf of Mexico.

Love staying in Peter’s condo! This is at least our 6th time and it keeps getting better. The place is clean and bright and has everything you need. Plus there’s no substitute for being able to walk out your door, cross the street and walk into the ocean!

Great host, great location, great stay!

This unit needs to be updated from the mold build up in the shower. Also rust in the microwave. When entering the property you can smell the mold. Taking a shower is awful. Also good thing we brought our on linen. Not sure how old the linen has been on the bed. Waking up in the morning to find cockroaches not a pleasant site also. As stated earlier. This unit needs to be upgraded. Will not stay again!!

Nice studio across the street from beach. Open Balcony with chairs on second floor gave the best view of watching gorgeous sunsets. Storm damage is visible in entrance and not a good first impression of complex, but unit itself was nicely furnished, The wall A/C unit worked fine since temperatures were in the 70’s but doubt if would be cool enough in summer heat!

Great place to stay.Exactly as described. Clean and very comfortable. Owner was very quick to answer questions. Love the smaller, less crowded area in Pass a Grille. Will definitely be back.

The location was perfect. I traveled by myself so the apt was perfect for me although I don't believe it would've been a problem for 2 people. I loved that it was quiet because I was looking for just some quiet beach time. I would stay here again!!

Great host. The room was super clean. We had everything we needed for a perfect 14 days on the beach. We would definitely stay here again

Great, as usual! Wonderful balcony, chairs and umbrella in the room, and walking distance to beach/restaurants. What else could you ask for?

The room is very clean and well equipped with most things you want at a beach. The balcony view is unbelievable!!! I can’t wait to return!

Fantastic place to stay

I cannot express how impressed my husband and I were with our accommodations. Check in and out was awesome. We loved the balcony views. We loved everything about Pass A Grille! My brother lives about 10 minutes from where we stayed and it couldn’t have worked out better! We will be back.

Everything was perfect!

Pros: great location on PAG, visibly clean, fishing poles were a nice touch for those that would use them, lots of other helpful beach and kitchen items included, nicely renovated after the hurricanes, a beautiful view from the balcony, for a smaller unit the bathroom is quite roomy, was quiet the night we stayed thereCons: smelled like mildew or mold, we were only able to stay 1 night of 4 due to concerns about possible mold—not sure of the source, host agreed to “refund the remaining” but only refunded less than half what we paid and then stopped responding to our messages

Second time I've stayed in this particular unit. Absolutely LOVE it! Will continue to come back every chance I can!

Just perfect for a 3 night getaway with my wife! Fantastic room and amenities. Super clean and comfortable! I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed this place. Can't wait to come back!!!

Clean place to stay, comfy bed, beautiful sunsets. Right across the road from the beach and a short walk to Merry Pier. Lots of places to fish. Balcony is public area but there is plenty of seating. Quiet area which is nice. Places to eat are close by, within walking distance. Look forward to staying again.

The stay was good to excellent. The room was cute, clean and well stocked and well decorated. From a critical prospective the room suffered from the the toos; the shower water was too hot, the toilet was too low, the bed was too small, and the AC was too loud! It was a birthday celebration and we left happy that we were there.

Our condo was small but perfect for me and my friend. Check in was easy and efficient with a key code. We were on the ground floor and it was very quiet. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc that were provided. Great balcony upstairs is shared but we rarely saw anyone else use it. The Brass Monkey's balcony is right next door but since they close at 10:00 pm, there was no noise at bedtime.A coffee maker is provided but I would suggest to also add a kettle.Great stay right on the beach!

We had a beautiful stay! Weather was perfect and the place had everything you need for a beach day. Would def return for another visit. We seen the best sunsets from the balcony

This place was perfect for a couple's getaway. Right across from the beach. The Brass monkey and Paradise Sweets next door kept us from having to leave. Door dash and walmart spark took care of anything else we needed. When you park, don't leave during the day because beach goers keep the spaces filled. Balcony was awesome and peaceful with the perfect view of dolphins in the morning and sunsets in the evening.

I was worried about booking coming from so far away - what a host responds so quickly ! It’s such a pleasant area and this condo is perfect cozy and overlooks ocean ! It’s a must !

Excellent property. Had a few missing items like coffee and was kind about reimbursing for buying those. So close to beach, we had a great trip.

Though the ongoing repairs from storms are evident, this booking was one of the most enjoyable we have ever experienced. It is exactly as advertised, Very clean and comfortable, LOVED the retro amenities and the unit has everything you'll need to enjoy the Beach Life, Literally feet from bars and restaurants all with great food and drinks, A 60 second walk to a beautiful beach with chairs and umbrella provided, Also food and bar on the beach. We have never had a more conscientious property owner / manager as Peter. If you need something Peter is going to take care of it. Eric was wonderful and very helpful.. We will be back!Don & Lori

Very nice room, although small, it worked well for us. Location was very close to the beach, restaurants and bars.

The unit had what we needed. It's glamorous but was clean, well equipped, and in the perfect location.

My husband and I are teachers and loved relaxing at this adorable place as soon as school was out. It was convenient, clean,and comfortable. We barely moved our car. Looking forward to many repeat stays!

As advertised. The condo was very nice and the location was great!

The location and accommodations were perfect. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was that we were awoken by 9 am every morning due to construction..

What a lovely little Condo across from the Beach… everything was clean & well stocked … Bed was comfortable also! Only negative was it could use some new pillows… but that wasn’t a major concern! We will be back & stay at this Pass a Grille GEM!

Unit was more than advertised. Clean, modern, well managed, quiet. Even had beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, fishing poles, float noodles and a hat (No, I didn't wear it). Full kitchen saved us $ on food. Location is perfect. Beach is to die for. Price was very reasonable. Hope to make this our place to vacation.

wonderful stay

The condo is in a perfect location with the beach right across the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants within a 3 minute walk. The condo itself had a bad musty smell. I opened the windows to air it out and it continued with the same smell. I went to buy some Febreeze and it helped some but, every time I came back in from being out, the smell was overwhelming. Also, once I returned home the smell was in my clothes and my suitcase. There are plenty of towels and washcloths to use but, they’re old and have absorbed the smell of the condo. The shower head needs replaced, desperately. The water pressure is zero and multiple holes in the shower head were coated in a greenish/white film. Bed was comfortable, the pillows, not so much. They’re old, stained and have the same musty smell. I purchased my own for the 3 day stay. Sheets and pillow cases are old and need replacing. I loved having the beach chair available to take to the beach. This is the type of place you rent for the location, not the actual place you’re staying in.

We stayed for our honeymoon and our stay was perfect! The room was clean, cble TV was a plus, the location was absolutely beautiful! Highley recommend! We will definitely stay again!
