It is in the middle of everything in Rome. We walked to the majority of the attractions from the apartment and only had to take bus to the train station and back. There are two wonderful shops with fresh bread just 2 houses away from the place and the Plaza Campo Di Fiori that is filled with restaurants to enjoy in the evening. The apartment has a unique style of old Italy and while it is mot modern, it fits the old spirit of the downtown Rome very well. We enjoyed the balcony every night to drink Prosecco and taste wonderful cheese. The place has everything you may need to stay with a family including microwave, stove, silverware and plates, and a washing machine. You do not have to pack a lot of clothes for kids as it can be quickly washed the same day. The warning - the apartment is on the third level of the building (Italian second) and the stairs are very steep. This was the only thing that may surprise older folks used to elevators. Overall, it is a wonderful place and we would visit again given a chance.

I stayed here with my wife and two girls, ages 6 and 8. We had a great time. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. It was in the center of everything and walking distance to everything, pretty much. If we didn't feel like walking, a taxi stand was 1 minute away which was great. The place was in a quiet street and noise never bothered us. There was a nice city spring drinking water fountain right by the front door where we filled our water bottles everyday and night. There are numerous restaurants and cafes and bars within 1 to 2 minutes away to have a nice meal. The place itself is charming in an old fashioned, kind of way. The decor is definitely not modern, but more antique, something your great-grandmother, if you had one in Italy, would have bought 80 years ago, but that adds to the charm. We liked it. Kitchen was small but usable and just had the basics, a stove, sink, microwave, and small refrigerator, like the one you find in hotels. Unless you plan on cooking all the time, it shouldn't be an issue. We made a few meals there without problems. It has 2 bathrooms which is great. There is a bedroom upstairs and a pullout couch downstairs. There is only air conditioning upstairs and a floor fan downstairs. It was very hot sometimes, but then again, the temps were 95 degrees outside. Even with that, we did just fine. I only had a couple of minor issues about the place. There is a wood beam about 5.5 feet above and infront of the upstairs bathroom sink, and I am 6 feet tall so a couple times i hit my head really hard on that. I had to walk hunched over to avoid hitting that all the time. Shouldn't be a problem if you are short. Also, the showers had barely any pressure to shower with and very finicky to get the water temperature right. If anyone turned on a sink, or flushed a toilet, the water would stop in the middle of your shower for 2 minutes before it starts up again. The air conditioning was not very strong and we had to use a second fan to keep cool, but then again, maybe because it was 95 degrees outside. Also, the furniture was all rearranged, not like the profile picture. The couch was next to the kitchen and the TV was to the side of the couch so we could not watch it at all. It should be in front of couch. Lastly, the pullout couch was not at all comfortable. The partitions were not even. Overall, we had a great time. We recommend it for short stay. Look elsewhere if you want luxury. Location wins though.

The apartment was perfect for our family of three. Cute older apartment that is honestly steps away from Campo Di Fiori. It is off a side street/alley that does keep the noise down from the square late at night. Agent met us at the door and answered all of our questions and made himself available if we had any issues or questions.

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. The location couldn't be more perfect - close to everything. The apartment is spacious and definitely has a lot of old-country character. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The host was very responsive whenever we needed anything; the wi-fi was very spotty and he kept coming with the technician to fix it until it started working well. Thank you!

Fab location, well equipped kutchen, very small though, bed was very cheap and at the price charged inexcusable, 2 nice bathrooms with baths very noisy but full of life, bring ear plugs lovely little terrace on second floor but very steep stairs to get there. Clearly a buisness rental not by 'owner'
