My family and I enjoyed everything about this stay. Great location! It was enough space for my family of 7 we all slept comfortably, the space was beautiful and clean. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again 10/10 will recommend.

Lots of space. Parking right next to back door. Beautifully decorated. Quiet. Convenient location close to shopping and mechanics arena. Keurig and regular coffee pot was a plus. Master bed had a pretty hard mattress. Other then that we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

This was a 10 out of 10 visit. Great communication from the host. Clean, safe and well appointed home. Thank you.

The apartment was awesome! It was quite large, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The host is definitely onpoint with hospitality and making sure everything was set up perfectly. Great rental!

The Host had everything we needed except bath mat for guest bath was slippery. The chairs in living room smells like urine. And lots of dust in rooms. I have daughters with asthma so it was tough nights. Both nights unfortunately there were neighbors arguing.Again the Host home is so welcoming except with issues above.

We were so thankful to find Gigi's place! We actually rented this unit, along with the other 2 upstairs units for our family and the groomsman who all arrived from out of state for our son's wedding! Gigi was a superb host! Absolutely everything was as pictured and was super clean and comfy. She was very prompt in communicating and made our stay absolutely wonderful! Thank you Gigi!

Gigi is a fantastic host. The property is very comfortable and has everything you need. We really appreciated the little touches like quality tissues, toilet paper and plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable with soft sheets. Gigi provided a barbecue for us which was much appreciated. The only negative was a bit of traffic noise overnight. Not constant but was quite loud. We would have rebooked but the property isn’t available.

Everything was spotless. There was everything you would need for a great stay (tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, garbage bags, etc). We will definitely stay again.

Clean. Modern. Neutral decor has a calming effect. Gigi is available if necessary. It is close to every place I needed to be. Close to stores and restaurants. Easy in and out. 20 minutes from Bakersfield airport. Ice maker doesn't work. Beds are comfortable. Huge kitchen table. Highway noise, but I didn't notice it in the bedroom. Car port.

We couldn’t have been happier with the house and the attentiveness of the owner. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and well stocked. We would definitely recommend this VRBO.

These units are so comfortable and calming with their cozy decor and all supplies you could need for short and long stays .

Gigi graciously extended our stay not once but twice, and she was extremely patient when we arrived in jet-lagged confusion and texted her after hours. There were any number of thoughtful touches throughout the space, which was roomy and airy.

Apartment is conveniently located and very comfortable. Gigi is super responsive. Highly recommend!
