    This was a good location for us, close to downtown and affordable! A short drive to restaurants and campus. It is a neighborhood that is up and coming, but we never felt unsafe. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed!

    The place was extremely clean and beds were comfortable. It was perfect for a weekend getaway! When we first arrived we were a little worried about location, seemed far away, but in reality it was closer than we thought. Everything was about a 10 minute drive, but if you prefer walking, which I do, it was too far for that. Would definitely stay here again. Property management was extremely easy to communicate with.

    Property was great—just as advertised. Very comfortable stay. Neighborhood is gentrifying. We felt totally safe but know that the neighborhood is still up And coming and nothing around it in terms of restaurants, shops etc. not an issue because we had a car. Uber took about 20 mins on big game day so not bad. Easy access to highways for campus, Kingston Pike area. We’ll stay again!

    My husband and I stayed here for a UTK game weekend. The condo was really clean and quiet. We spent most of our time on campus, but the uber in was quick and reasonable. My only complaint is the door stopper on the bathroom door keeps the door propped in the the middle of the room. It is obnoxious to constantly work around while sharing bathroom space.

    This was my second stay at this property. I booked this for my brother and I for a weekend visiting friends. It’s convenient to downtown and to the mountain bike trails. All of the amenities are in good working order and I was surprised how quiet it was.
