Sac City Loft

The loft was fantastic, great communication from the host, there's cheap parking super close, and the coffee maker was awesome.

Beautiful space, great location! It was very comfortable and Holly thought of everything.

The place was absolutely adorable and close enough to restaurants. The host was very friendly and responded pretty fast. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying in the loft, the stairs are quite steep so don’t recommend if you have any trouble climbing. Would definitely stay again if in the area

Excellent location, stocked amenities and responsive host! Holly has thought of everything, including a Visitor Parking Pass for street parking right out front. We were able to walk to Channel 24 for a concert no problem, but also very walkable for food in the area as well. I loved staying here and would definitely stay in the future! Also the bed was incredibly comfortable to sleep in.

Great stay in the River city! Very clean, fantastic location, my wife highly recommend if you need a place to stay in Midtown Sacramento.

Great stay

We were so pleased with our stay at Sac Loft! It was spacious for two people, walking distance to the Capitol and close so many yummy eats! The heat pump and portable AC made our stay and sleep comfortable. The space came prepared with cutlery, dishware and snacks! Highly recommend Sac Loft for your next stay!

Overall amazing and unique place to stay. All essentials were present and property was close to shops and restaurants. Could have used a few more towels but otherwise everything you needed was there.

LOVED this loft! Everything was perfect. Host was kind & responsive. This loft is not just beautifully crafted but it was like a little slice of heaven. We only stayed 1 night for a concert at Chanel 24, which was within walking distance of the loft. Perfect for the occasion & loved midtown Sacramento! We definitely will be back for future events! Lovely apartment in an excellent neighborhood, close to everything in midtown. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

It was a beautiful, comfortable space that was well appointed

This space was so beautiful along with being thoughtfully designed. We needed for nothing, as everything was prepared perfectly and neatly laid out. The floors, classic leather couch, vaulted ceilings and beams, and nice comforts like the mini split heating / ac and office space. I would live in this apartment if i could. Basically amazing and the host could have been more accommodating. Will try to stay here anytime im in SacTiwn

Always a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. It's my 3rd stay now. Host is very responsive. So close to the convention center.

A most excellent rental. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sac City Loft.Everything was as advertised. Our host, Holly, was very responsive. And we had full privacy.The stairs are steep, but no problem for my wife and I who are in our late 60s.

The stay was absolutely lovely. The place is very spacious and worked out perfectly for my boyfriend and I. Would definitely stay here again!

It was so cute! Finding parking was fairly easy, it’s a 10 min walk to channel 24 and everything in the home was clean and ready!

We really enjoyed our stay in the loft. The space was so nice and appreciated all the little to touches like extra kitchen goodies and hygiene products. The location was also ideal!It was wonderful staying at Holly’s place and she was super helpful as a host as well! We would 10/10 recommend this place and stay here again if we’re ever back in Sacramento!

The location of this place was amazing, good walking distance to everything! The place was neat and I loved that the host provides some amenities for us and the place was very pretty. The only downside though was it would get extremely hot during the summer but there was a fan/air conditioner in there which helped a bit. Overall I would actually stay here again!

A lot of listings look really pretty/luxurious in photos, but are lackluster in person. This was not the case with this location! The space was just as beautiful, if not more, in person, and is so much more spacious than you would expect! The stairs are no joke, though! Truly jarringly steep even when you’re prepared. But it doesn’t take away from the space in the slightest. I personally think it adds to the charm.

Lovely rental, I’d definitely recommend it and hope to stay again next time I’m in the area. Very clean, basics stocked in bathroom and kitchen, easy check in and out, cute, and in a nice location! This is in the listing but the stairs to the unit are very steep. It was warm while we were here and the AC unit struggled a bit to keep up during the day but cooled off quickly at night; we were out during the day so it ended up being fine.

It was the perfect place for a quick visit to sacramento for work! Excellent location. Will stay again!

We wanted to stay near family and be able to walk. This was the perfect location for us. The unit is wonderful. The owner supplied amenities were way beyond expectations. We’ll be back!

Great place to stay! The interior is gorgeous and was very clean! Very nice to be in the loft of the building as it felt more private. It was easy to find parking even late at night. Would definitely book this place again the next time I visit Sac!

I want to say stay a way - but really this masculine vibed place is now a favorite and first choice for next trips - I tried to rebook right after I got home - but the place was already booked for dates just a few weeks away. Quiet, large space, with some low dormer sloped ceiling over the bed area which is charming and comforting but a head banger when I forgot to duck. Nice upscale kitchen set up with lighting challenges there and at front entrance. Short tread and steep stairs up to this converted attic area were a bit of a challenge to navigate but not enough to keep me from wanting to book again. Walkable dining fairly near and it was an easy, level 30-40 minute walk to the Capitol area. Street parking with provided pass was convenient. Great communication by owner & the teas and sweet treats on hand are a nice touch.

My partner and I came to Sacramento to spend time with family in nearby Elk Grove. What a great home base for our visit! The loft was spacious, spotless, quiet, and perfect for our purpose. We would absolutely stay again.

My daughter lives in Midtown Sacramento, and we were looking for a place that was close to her. This was perfect, it was two blocks away. Great area and the loft was so nice. Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.
