Rustic Cozy Loft Cabin

When we booked this stay, we expected a small room. When we arrived at this location, not only did we not have direct access to the loft (you have to walk through the dog training business area to access the loft), but the air conditioning was insufficient for the summer and the mini kitchen was nothing more than a mini fridge and microwave. I was sweating like I was in a sauna. The rustic cabin is not much more than a covered attic. At our time of looking at the property, there was no cable for the TV. The couch shown in the pictures was replaced with a single recliner and bean bags. This place just was not what we expected and was not acceptable to be leasing out. After communicating with the property owner and discussing our issues, she was only willing to refund us 2 of 7 nights reserved. We left 1 hour after arriving due to the conditions, but she did not open the reservation for possible new customers even though VRBO assured me she could. Additionally, VRBO has no negotiating power in any disputes (they can only pass a message), so this will be the last time we use this service. I do not recommend this property unless you are possibly there in the winter and looking for basic accommodations.
