Located in one of Subiaco's favoured locations, close to Kings Park, the hospital precinct, the UWA and the Swan river and with good access to the cafe strip, small bars and restaurants, excellent shopping and public transport.

Fully refurbished,( repainted thorughout 2023) this apartment has been tastefully furnished and fully equipped for short stay guests.
This is a self catering apartment and we supply some basic consumables to get you started (soap, toilet paper, etc), after which you should replenish your supplies as needed. Our cleaner will usually attend weekly during your stay and will do a quick clean and change bed linen and towels.

    Close to some great shops and cafes.Suite was provided with most necessities but a little washing machine powder would have been appreciated.A very enjoyable stay was had by us.

    Neat tidy compact 2 bedroom unit. The unit has all the facilities needed and is warm and comfortable. The TV has over 100 channels and the Broadband wifi works a treat.It is a short walk to the famous Chez Jean Claude Patisserie in Rokeby Rd.

    My husband & I stayed for a month and were joined by my sister for 21/2 weeks. The proximity to the train and selection of restaurants and coffee shops is excellent.The unit is small but adequate. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked. It was lovely to spend time in the courtyard but the aluminum table and chairs could be replaced

    Our unit was welcoming, bright, spacious, well set up with all facilities, quiet, the upstairs folk had minimal noise filtering down & a great location. The bed (mattress) was really good so a good nights sleep guaranteed. The outside garden sitting area was a pleasure to sit out in, our coffees were from the many good local eateries. Having a parking bay is a major bonus even if on small side. It did give our son, a 35 year local, a target to find the lane entrance? A sketch would help ?
