The apartment was perfect, location is awesome. the host Manuel was great. We love living like locals. The kitchen was used frequently, but there were many great restaurants around and We found the gem of a restaurant Mesa Madre around the corner. I highly ecommend this apartment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation rental, and it exceeded all expectations. Nestled in the heart of Rota, the apartment location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The apartment's decor was tastefully done, creating a cozy, relaxed, and inviting atmosphere. Across the street from the apartment is Rompidillo Beach. Waking up and walking to the beach, I enjoyed breathtaking sunrises overlooking Cadiz Bay. In the afternoon, and within a short distance, I experienced spectacular sunsets as one of the highlights of the stay. Manuel, the property owner's attention to detail was evident, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for the duration of my 60-day stay. From the convenient amenities of shops and restaurants to the personalized recommendations offered by Manuel, it truly felt like a home away from home. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone seeking a quiet and pleasant getaway! Overall, a fantastic choice; I will stay again!

I stayed practically the whole month of March. From arrival, where I was met outside the property by Manuel himself (at 9pm) who cordially walked us through everything we needed to know. The place was impeccably clean, totally equipped with everything we needed...they have thought of everything. It is a nice, cozy, quiet place to relax, read, drink your wine and enjoy comfortably and quietly. Our neighbor met us and volunteered if we needed anything just to ask. The whole vibe around town is so amazing. The prices, the quality and freshness of the food, freshly baked goods, etc. was crazy. My wife and I have been around, and I can say without hesitation that this is one of the best (if not the best) property we've ever stayed at, hands down. Saludos y gracias Manuel!! Hopefully , I'll see you again soon!

Thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and will schedule again for my next trip. Manuel kept in contact before I came which made the check easy. The apartment is clean, comfortable, fully stocked and in great location. Never needed a car, just walked all over town. My daughter is stationed at the Navy base and it within 1/2 mile.
