Stayed Aug 8, 2025What a surprise when we walked into this spacious, comfortable apartment. A bottle of wine awaiting us, a full kitchen and very comfortable beds. It was very tastefully decorated. We will be back.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024The apartment was awesome…roomy, clean, very comfortable beds! The only negative was the fact that I didn’t get the access code to enter. However, I was able to contact the property owner who was so very nice. She sent the code information and took time to promptly answer several text messages !

Stayed Aug 12, 2023Highly recommend this beautiful apartment for a stay in Floyd! Our whole family stayed this weekend!! Plenty of room for everyone!! Everything you could ever need or think of!! Such a memorable weekend for my family and so appreciative of this beautiful place!! Very clean, spacious, and easily accessible (a short walk) to downtown Floyd! We had a wonderful stay …. a fun time was had by all!! We definitely will be back to stay here every time we visit Floyd!! ??❤️

Stayed Nov 21, 2025we did enjoy our stay, however, you might want to fix the storm door, it doesn’t latch when the windy blows it opens and closes on it’s own. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for the wine that was a nice touch, especially since it was our anniversary. I was surprised about the 75.00 cleaning fee which i did not realize until after I pressed book, for only staying there over night. I guess I need to pay closer attention. Thank you for everything Robin

Stayed Nov 8, 2024Very clean apartment. Good layout. Room to sleep five if you need it. Only weakness is actually trying to identify which door in the building leads to the space. Was listed as B on the VRBO site, but the door says D. Other than that, a great place with a fair price in a super location.

Stayed May 9, 2024The was my first time staying at a VRBO and this one was more than I expected. There was a bottle of wine, snacks & fully stocked kitchen. There were plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone to have. The place was clean, and the area was very quiet. We were close to restaurants and shops. Wish we had more time to explore the town of Floyd. We definitely would stay there again!
