Room for Everyone, Block from the Beach

Everything was very good except that we thought our upstairs unit had a water view as stated but it didn’t. The location was super convenient. We stayed there for 4 nights. It would be good to have a washer and dryer in the unit if you stayed more than 4 nights.

More than a block to the beach, but totally do able

Great place to stay! Spacious and nicely decorated apartment. 5min walk to the beach where we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets.

Great location! Walk to the beach and pier in a few minutes. You rarely need to use your car except for day trips to Avila Beach, Arroyo Grande, or SLO. It is a little loud but you’re in a multi-plex unit right on Pismo’s main thoroughfare. The unit itself is bright, gets great fresh ocean air, has most of the essentials (bring your toiletries) and a good sized kitchen for cooking. Clean sheets and towels and no dust! Floor needed a good mop, I let the host know and they quickly replied saying they could have the cleaning crew come back through. Would stay again for a lively beach family vacation!

Good location to pier and restaurants. Comfortable. But, I was supposed to have a street level unit, per representative Melinda, when I got there it was an upstairs unit and I had to make arrangements for my elderly guest to stay elsewhere because the stairs was very difficult to climb.

Perfect location! Just a short walk to the pier and shops/restaurants. Beds were super comfy!

This place was great our family of 4. Next time I'll request a down stairs apartment. But location was great, rooms were great, beds are comfortable and the 2nd bedroom fit a portacrib with extra room.

The property is located in a very convenient location; walking distance from the downtown area and the beach. We appreciated that there was a reserved parking space available for us off of the street and that the property was secure and safe for families.

Have stayed here a few times. Enjoy the location, the cleanliness and the overall feel of home. It is a block to downtown and a straight shot to the beach. My favorite place to stay in Pismo

After three hot days in Disneyland it was a wonderful end to our family road trip to stay in Pismo at this location. We were a block and a half from the beach, shopping, food and pier! The place was so clean, had all the amenities needed for our family to be comfortable. Looking forward to coming back again.

The location is convenient to get to the beach, which is about 2 blocks away, shopping, restaurants and is not too far from other attractions like the outlet malls, Hearst Castle and Solvang. Would be nice if it had laundry, and the kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped with cookware and dishes, but those are the only downsides. Overall, was a great stay for my family of 6. Would stay here again.

Comfortable, but lacked pots/pans and propane gas for bbq

Nice place! Clean, cozy & a great location. The beds & pillows were real comfortable. Not much of view from upstairs, but a short 5 minutes walk up the street to the beach gives you the best view ever!

Enjoyed our stay at the property, very nice and clean! Would stay there again.

This is our second time staying here, and we love it just as much now as we did when stayed our first time. Can’t wait to come back.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the lack of spices for cooking and the fact that there was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Both are things that we have had access to at all of the VRBO properties that we have stayed in worldwide.
