Property location is perfect. One minute walk to downtown. Property manager is on-site and could not be nicer. Pool is well maintained and very clean.

The amenities and location was just what we needed for our event that weekend. Will book here again next year for sure!

Charming accommodation walking distance from downtown—loved Sammy G’s Tucson Grill for dinner and Wilma & Frieda’s for breakfast. Cole, our host, was very responsive. Perfect for our one-night stay.

We loved the beautiful accommodations. The pool was lovely and the room was cozy and well appointed. I highly recommend staying here as the location is walking distance from shops and restaurants.

Very clean and comfortable. The shower was a little bit small but besides that it was perfect! The pool being right outside the room was lovely!

My sister and I had five days of peaceful serenity in this small boutique hotel. We really enjoyed the pool, beautiful flowers in the courtyard and the quietness of the area. Just a couple blocks to shops, bars and restaurants. We look forward to returning in the near future.

The TV controls were terrible. Volume was too load, tried to reset controls and got bumped out of network, and could not get back in. Someone needs to reset before next guests arrive.Inside the room was nice. Outside needs a lot of repairs. Roof was trashy, old screen door on top, trees had a lot of dead wood.

Sweet old place. Could use a little updating but very comfortable, nice pool. Fantastic location at a reasonable price.

We’ve stayed at a variety of places in the PS area but this one stands out. The location allows easy walking to the heart of downtown, same with the new art museum. Everything we needed; kitchenette, pool and quiet. Reasonable price. We’d gladly stay here again.

This property is in a great location, in a residential neighborhood, but still just a short walk to downtown Palm Springs and Museum of Art. The room had very comfortable bed, spacious closet, complete kitchenette, and nice size pool. Very quiet and safe. I would definitely come here again.

Great older property love being close to downtown

Overall very cute place and just what we needed. Walking distance to downtown and it’s by everything, very cute neighborhood. Only weird thing is that when we couldn’t find the lock box on the pillar we rang the door bell for assistance and she didn’t seem very happy to help us, not sure if it was property manager or what who lives in #1 but never asked how everything was either the many times we made contact.. Very strange but overall great place and would recommend

The property is conveniently located a few blocks from the Palm Springs Art Museum, shopping and dining. The property and room were clean and comfortable. The parking area is covered in small rocks so you can’t roll your luggage which could be a problem if you can’t carry your suitcase. The bathroom needs upgrading but the water pressure was good and the water was hot for a shower. The bathroom has its own heater which is nice.

Short stay, enjoyed the residence in good location.

Nice little place and truly dog friendly. On site host was a very wonderful and caring host. Location was great! Walking distance to downtown and lots of great food. We will definitely be coming back to stay
