Stayed Mar 27, 2023The location and apartment was wonderful. And once we got checked in, we enjoyed our trip. However, prior to that, it was a nightmare. I never received check in information. When I would call to try to get info, I was told the system was down and someone would call me. That never happened. So, after several more calls, I did speak with someone who went out of their way to help us and we were able to get checked in.

Stayed Oct 28, 2022Impossible to leave it as I found it because it was so incredibly immaculate. As if no one had ever stayed there. Real sense of luxury. Richly appointed. All of the staff treated me like royalty, at the same time like family or better. Really wish I could take up permanent residence.
