This one-bedroom condo in the heart of Cabo San Lucas gives you a calm, well-equipped base to explore the marina, linger over a long meal, or simply let the day unwind at its own pace.

 

Living space

The living area is easy to settle into. An electric fireplace sets a relaxed mood for evenings in, while the TV gives you the option to decompress after a full day out. Room-darkening shades, hangers, and an iron are all taken care of - the kind of thoughtful touches that make arrival feel seamless. Exterior security cameras cover the parking garage, building entrance, elevator, and shared spaces for peace of mind; there are no cameras inside the condo.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is set up for genuine rest - a king bed dressed with bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets, paired with a safe and clothing storage to keep things organised. The split-type ductless AC system keeps the room comfortable no matter what the Cabo sun has to say about it.

 

Workspace

When work follows you on the road, the dedicated workspace in a separate room with a door has you covered - quiet, focused, and connected via Wifi.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is built for actual cooking: refrigerator, freezer, stove, and microwave, backed by cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Pull up a chair at the dining table for a slow morning coffee or a meal you've put together yourself - no reservations required.

 

Bathroom

Hot water, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer are all provided. After a beach day, the outdoor shower on the property is a welcome way to rinse off before heading back inside.

The shared backyard is fully fenced and ready for relaxed outdoor time - BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture all in place. Up on the rooftop, the outdoor pool offers a change of scene with elevated views over the surrounding neighbourhood. The shared gym in the building keeps your routine intact when you want it. Beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkelling gear - are available for days spent by the water, along with resort access to nearby resort facilities.

 

In-unit laundry & family extras

A washer and dryer are both available in the unit at no extra charge. For guests travelling with little ones, a crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, children's dinnerware, and window guards are all on hand.

 

Parking & access

Free parking is available in the on-site garage and on the street. The building's elevator makes getting around easy, and self check-in via keypad means you arrive on your own schedule - no key handoffs, no waiting around.

At nightfall, the community is full of life through its main streets, surrounded by nightclubs, bars and canteens with all kinds of themes, as well as the events that the city offers for the community and tourists on its beaches and surroundings.



Other Things to Note:

This property is super close by to any and all stores you may need during your stay, like the Oxxo (Mexican 7-11), grocery stores, restaurants, laundromats and is less than 10 minutes from the famous Medano Beach.
