The Morgan Building holds a kind of quiet confidence - no flashy lobby, no tourist-trap trimmings, just a retro-inspired loft in the heart of downtown Cabo that delivers exactly what you came for: rooftop swims above the skyline, a fully equipped home base, and the marina, the beach, and the buzz of Cabo San Lucas all within easy reach.

 

Living space

The interior has real personality. Retro-inspired details give the loft a distinct character, while the open layout keeps things easy and comfortable for up to four guests. A split-type ductless AC system handles the desert heat without fuss, and room-darkening shades mean you can sleep in after a late night out. A TV and Ethernet connection are on hand when you want a quieter evening in, and exercise equipment is available in the shared gym on-site for guests who like to keep their routine going on the road.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The loft sleeps 4 guests across 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 1.5 bathrooms. Bed linens, towels, hangers, and clothing storage are all provided - arrive light and get settled quickly.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is set up for real cooking, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave, plus cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper - and a full set of dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. The Keurig coffee machine sits ready at the dining table for slow mornings, and there's coffee on hand to go with it. Whether you're cooking in or just grabbing a quick bite before heading out, the kitchen has you covered.

 

Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub and comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleaning products, and hot water. Everything you need is already here.

When you're ready for a swim, the rooftop outdoor pool offers open-sky views across the city skyline and desert - one of the building's standout features. The shared backyard is fully fenced, and the communal areas include a BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture, giving you plenty of space to relax without leaving the property. When the coast calls, beach essentials are provided - beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - and shared beach access puts the water within reach.

 

Location

Set in the Morgan Building in downtown Cabo San Lucas, the loft is roughly a 15-minute walk from the Marina. An on-site restaurant serves Italian gourmet dishes and house drinks - a reliable option when you'd rather eat close to home. The building occasionally hosts weekend events, adding a social layer that suits guests who enjoy a bit of local atmosphere. Free parking is available in the on-premises garage and on the street, and an elevator makes getting around the building straightforward. The host greets you on arrival, luggage drop-off is available for flexible timing, and long-term stays and cleaning during your stay can both be arranged.



Guest Access:

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the third floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**



Other Things to Note:

This property is super close by to any and all stores you may need during your stay, like the Oxxo (Mexican 7-11), grocery stores, restaurants, laundromats and is less than 10 minutes from the famous Medano Beach.
