A newly renovated traditional Istrian house on the hills of Buzet offer apartment and 4 rooms. Even though it was completely renovated in 2020, the house preserved all the wooden beams and stone walls and added new facilities such as the swimming pool, sauna, tavern and a terrace. Guests are more than welcome to use the common facilities and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Buzet hills. All accommodation units have secured parking spot and free Wi-Fi.

Stayed Jun 14, 2026Loved the charming style. There was a balcony with fantastic views and a lovely private garden. The swimming pool and views were also gorgeous.

Stayed Aug 23, 2025The host was beyond sweet and welcoming. The apartment is located in a tiny and cute mountain top village. Super serene and picturesque views from the property. The location of the property is perfect to get to truffle/olive oil places around- a short ride but long enough to soak the landscapes around. It was very relaxing to be there, we didn’t use the swimming pool as we were low on time but it’s just stunning. Would definitely recommend the place. 😁

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Simply amazing stay, hospitality of the owner and peace. Cute pets (dog, cat and also donkey). Great place to stay and relax - with a view. Not much to do in the village, but you can find some attractions nearby. We did some great cycling around. The place has everything you need. Hope we come back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969If you ever get the chance to book this stunning apartment you should absolutely do so! The views are amazing, it is super private and the kitchen is well equipped. The animals on the farm are cute and extraordinary. We found the place exactly as we expected. The only thing one should know is that its rather remote, no supermarkets in walking distance. But that was perfect for us since we loved the secludedness and dreamy landscapes away from bustling city life.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The view from the house property is amazing. The hosts were great. Our dog had a place to run around a bit and play with other dogs which is great. Also there is a coffee machine in the shared kitchen which we really appreciate.
