Rome: Apartment/ flat - Rome

Very comfortable apartment in great location offering walking access to lively residential area in Rome. We had significant transport delays on our arrival in Rome and our checkin process was able to change to suit our situation; much appreciated ?

The apartment is clean and quiet. The location is in one of the best parts of Rome as a visitor. The host is very professional. I would love to stay here again if we return to Rome.

The experience was just great from start to finish. Everything about the apartment was of a very high standard and exceeded my expectations. On arrival, Monica, deputising for Silvana, was there to greet us and explain everything perfectly. I could not fault anything about the apartment or our stay there. Although the balcony wasn’t mentioned, I don’t think, in the advert, it was perfect and in exactly the right spot to catch much of the days’ sun. I would book this apartment again in a minute but, sadly, the rental price has just increased very significantly.

Wonderful, clean apartment. Modern new kitchen and bathroom with big shower. Big balcony, not shown in photos. And the elevator was a relief for our aching feet. Great location, around the corner from Piazza di S. Cosimato, with a daily vegetable market, and families hanging out. We received a warm welcome from Silvana's daughter, Raffaella. And they called for us to reserve a taxi to the airport. Very happy with everything. Thank you.

Before we even left for our holiday, the lovely Silvana took care of us by making sure we knew how to get easily from Fiumucino airport to the apartment. Once we got there, her daughter met us and guided us around the apartment, so we felt well looked after. The apartment itself was a perfect size for the two of us, and we were grateful for such powerful air conditioning as it was incredibly hot by noon! The kitchen had what we needed to cater for ourselves when we didn't go out to eat, including a lot of things like pasta, rice, passata, etc. Silvana even left us a bottle of prosecco, which was a thoughtful touch and enjoyed greatly! The bed was comfortable, the sofa was comfortable, and the little balcony was fabulous for sitting out on at night, watching the world go by below us. I can't really say enough good things about the apartment itself because it was a perfect, clean, tidy, beautifully kept little haven to return to after exploring the wonders Rome has to offer. Vitally for us, it is within VERY easy reach of some wonderful eateries that could cater for my gluten free diet (I'm coeliac). Just a couple of minutes away is Fatamorgana, a gelataria where everything is gluten free. No more than five minutes away is Mama Eat, which has a dedicated gluten free kitchen. Next door to Fatamorgana is Il Tulipano Nero, with an extensive gluten free menu. In terms of location, we honestly couldn't have asked for better. We had such a wonderful time that I'm rather ashamed it's taken me so long to write the review. I hope they will allow us back one day for another holiday. It was the perfect home away from home and leaving it took a great deal of effort! Oh, and as a sidebar, if you can, stop by Rome For You and rent a bicycle (electric bikes available). It is nearby and we had a fabulous day cycling around Rome, as far as Villa Borghese and back. Locks included. And once you've done that, you'll be glad of the soothing, incredible shower in the apartment!

Beautiful and very comfortable apartment. Perfect location - farmers'' market, cheese shop, nice and cozy restaurants within 5 min. walk. The owner is very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We strongly recommend the place for a nice holiday in Rome.

Newly decorated apartment so clean, comfortable and quite where you can find everything you need nearby, including a farmers' market and a 100-year-old cheese shop. If you wish, you can walk to all major attractions on foot within 20-30 minutes. The lively neighborhood is also great for a relaxed night stroll. Most importantly, the owner is so helpful to give us many useful tips that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Very nice appartment Well situated We did everything by foot (Colliseum, Forum Romanum, Vatican, Fontaine de Trevi, ...) Landlords very friendly. We recommend it !

Nice appartement with all necessary equipments. Ideal location in Trastevere area. Easy arrangement with the owner of the appartement, just perfect !
