Appartamento Romantica is a welcoming two-room apartment located in a raised hamlet of the town of Gravedona. It is just 1.5 km from the lake, and given its position it has a breathtaking panoramic view and is far from the chaos of the main road and the town centre.



Despite being in a very quiet location, within just 2 km you can find all the services you will need during your holiday (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, pier).



The apartment has a balcony with a coffee table overlooking the lake, with an exceptional view, and a large terrace at the back, with dining table and deckchairs.



You can choose whether to spend your holiday always exploring every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, enjoying the view from the balcony!



The accommodation has a kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and electric kettle;



To complete the living area we find a sofa and a TV.



The bathroom has a shower with glass shower cubicle, sink with mirror, toilet and bidet.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.



Just outside the house there is a parking space reserved for the apartment.
