Romantic Spanish Island Home — Minutes from
Ocean & Flagler Avenue

I just left and already want to go back. The location is great. Walking distance to the beach, and walking distance to all the stores and restaurants/bar on Flagler Ave. There is some construction happening on the property, but it didnt interrupt our stay. We were able to do early check-in and late checkout so it was great. The rooms/bathroom/shared spaces are roomy. A/c units work great. The only thing that I want ppl to know is that the furniture on the pictures online do not match the furniture inside the place, i was a little confused when i walked as i thought i was walking to a different unit than the one i had selected. With that said, furniture is comfortable, beds are comfortable and we will gladly go back. Thank you Kim for opening the doors to us.

Kim was absolutely amazing. She was in communication with us throughout our stay and very attentive to our needs.

Very convenient for all the local bars and restaurants.The tile floors and neighborhood made it very pet friendly.

Great and easy place to stay

The property is very dated and rundown. The steps getting into the front door were cinder blocks. Difficult to maneuver if you have a disability. Smelled very musty as soon as you walked in and that didn't change even after turning on the air purifier. The living room furniture was not comfortable at all and the only tv in the place was in the living room. Neither bath room have shelves to hold soaps or shampoos. You have to put your things on the floor of the shower. Definitely overpriced for what you get. Do your research!

Great proximity to the beach, restaurants, coffee

Was there to attend a wedding. Easy walk to many restaurants and the beach.

Excellent stay. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Do not stay here! Unsafe, dilapidated , roaches. Doors do not close or lock properly. Filthy back yard , weeds, tools, junk. Cinder blocks as steps. Creepy neighbor sitting at edge of driveway watching the house. Cookware/ glasses filthy. I have no idea how this has good reviews!!!!!! Nothing near romantic. We left after second night of 4 night stay

Great value. The location map was 6 blocks off though.The map showed 3 blocks north of Flagler Ave., but it was 3 blocks south of Flagler.

Nice neighborhood. Walkable to beach and to flagner ave shopping and restaurants.

The property was very nice and in a great location near the beach.

The apartment was nicer than expected. I would highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay. Was gonna be 4 of us but work obligations 2 cancelled.

Not good picked wrong place to stay because of dogs place to stay because of dogs
