Romantic retreat for two w/ private balcony, tennis, & beach access

Liked the location. A/c was very loud so I had it off most the time. They gave me 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels for a week. Not very generous with supplies. All in all very clean and nice location being close to the beach.

Food and beach within walking distance. Great sunsets in the Gulf. Very Clean and safe area. I will repeat.

Nice condo. Perfect for 2. Would be very tight with even one more person. Nice pools. Not kid friendly. Very much an adult complex. Great location. Excellent for tennis/pickleball and great access to the beach. Docs and Coconut Jacks are right out either driveway. Our only negative is how much street noise there is in that area. Sitting on the porch is not quiet and relaxing! But everything else is great.

This condo was MUCH nicer than the photos. They updated many things since the photos were taken. The sofas were new grey ones and the chair and a half reclines and pulls out. The decorations above the cabinets and on the tables were beach themed as well as different bedding. There was also a new wooden coffee table with storage. You can see the ocean while washing dishes in the full kitchen which has anything you would need to cook or bake including a crock pot and dishwasher. This condo has lots of extras that other condos do not provide including laundry baskets(one hamper that rolls which is nice when you have to go to the laundry mat). Beach chairs, umbrella, fishing pole, and nightlights. We slept so well because it was quiet and the room darkening curtains. The bed is super comfy…like sleeping on a cloud. The condo was nice and clean and in walking distance to several restaurants and the beach. I would definitely recommend this relaxing beach getaway!

Overall, it's in a great location just across the street from the beach and within driving distance of restaurants. That said, the condo itself is in need of updating. Cleanliness was just ok - corners in the kitchen and bathroom were dirty. The towel rack in bathroom came off and my husband fixed it. There was a weird smell that took a few days to go away (maybe it hadn't been occupied in a few weeks?). The furniture inside is very tired and the lanai furniture is really old. While nice to sit out there for a nice breeze, it is really noisy with the traffic along the road below so there was no way to keep the door open. It would have been really nice if there was an umbrella available for use - surprisingly there wasn't. We ended up buying one and leaving it there. Beach chairs were available but they also were old. Beach towels are available. The pool and grounds were nice. It was great to hit the pool after the beach for a change of pace. It was clean. All the folks we met were really nice. I was disappointed with the lack of response from Vacasa. I posted two questions and never received responses. The check-in process was not clear until just a day before the trip (one of my questions). Kitchen was workable - we had breakfast and lunch there each day. There were plenty of utensils/glasses, and pots and pans. There is a dishwasher too. The TV was hard to figure out and there were no instructions. The entire condo is quite small, but no different than others we were looking at. The pictures online are a bit deceiving as an overall update is needed. It could be so much better with some investment and some small touches to make it a great getaway. However, the location can't be beat so as long as you know what you are walking into you'll be fine. It was a great week away.

NEEDS updating !we were at family homes only only there 2 days, but bathroom really bad and for that charge i expect better.

The unit was conveniently located to the beach which was nice. The unit was dated and the bathroom needs upgrading. Cleanliness was average
