Stayed Dec 31, 1969The huge sliding windows looking out onto the waves just below the house and the patio with hammock were really special. The apartment was homely and had a comfy feel of being lived in happily.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment is spacious and the roof terrace is large and dreamlike. Every evening we saw wonderful sunsets. The view is unique. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and I am sure that we will come back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our two weeks in Giorgios accomondation Casa do Cais were great! The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was fully fitted with everything you need for cooking. We had a beautiful view and the big roof terrace was really nice. In the sweet town Paul do Mar we ate a lot of tasty food and enjoyed some cocktails while watching the sunrise. There are nice spots for swimming and diving and the sea was warm. Additionally the walks we did were fantastic! We walked along the levadas and we also did the walk to the neighbour town Jardim do Mar, which starts directly from Paul do Mar. Luckily we had the chance to witness the traditional Festa da Lapa. We really got to know the culture and beautliful nature of Madeira. Finally we enjoyed our stay and say thank you to Giorgio Martin!

Stayed Nov 17, 2018We very much enjoyed our stay in Paul Do Mar, It is a most wonderful location right on the sea shore in a small fishing village with views over the blue sea. Close walking distance to three bar/resturants serving local fish but quiet and peaceful at night. You need to have a hire car but access to the island is very good now with all the new roads, only 35-40 mins from the airport and less into Funchal. Good simple accomodation with everthing you need for your stay. Giorgio, the owner, was most helpful and made sure everthing was prepared for our arrival. The island is lush and beautiful with temperatures in the low 20s, so green and sunny compaired with a grey and cold UK in November. Will be be going back? You bet!

Stayed Oct 13, 2018The roof terrace is the absolut best thing about this nice little flat. You can sit at the front and enjoy the view and the spindrift or at the rear under the roof.

Stayed Jul 31, 2018We truly loved this place, a cosy & fully equipped apartment close by the sea. In fact, the Atlantic waves break less than 5m from the entrance. There is an amazing terrace with a stunning view that I loved the most. I even spent one night under the stars there. Highly recommended! I cannot wait to return!

Stayed Apr 15, 2018We really can recommend the flat, we have had a very nice stay there. Especially for those who love the Ocean, it is just great, the roof terrace is fantastic. We have not had something like that before so close the the ocean. Everything else was just fine for us as well. Good beds and good mattresses. In case we will return, we will defintly book the flat again.
