Romantic Cliffside Cottage for Two

This cottage is so charming! You can’t tell from the photos online how much ocean you get. It’s really unique to see it at low tide. The house itself maximizes space and feels high end. Everything we needed was there (we planned to cook but ended up ordering from some local places). It seemed like there was fresh paint on the island in the kitchen, I was worried we were going to damage it since it was unfinished and there weren’t any coasters. There was some confusion over the key code to access the home but I got ahold of someone right away after hours and we got access.

Cozy little studio with the most beautiful view! We walked to see King Tides in action and came back to a cozy fire to warm up. We will stay again.

Wonderful and romantic spot!

House was stocked with everything we needed and location was excellent. Convenient to town, restaurants and shops. A lovely little neighborhood with a dramatic and stunning ocean view.

We have stayed here a few times! So cozy and relaxing, especially the jacuzzi tub. Great location and walking distance to the bay. Definitely will stay again.

Location was amazing - there is no longer a bench by the cliff/cave, but you can still sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Ceiling fan and top of fridge were very dirty - had to dust the fan before we could use it. Other than that the place was clean. If you are staying a long time it would be hard to find somewhere to put your food. Kitchen was well stocked - it is as described a really cute tiny house. The walk to the end of the street where you could see whales every day - made it even more incredible. Could walk to town. Great meal at Tidal Rave - and whale watching boat tour added to the fun. Would recommend to any couple. Communication did not come from VRBO but another company so be aware as it won't show up in your VRBO app, only your email.

Clean, Cozy, Great location!

This was an absolutely beautiful location, the views were completely breathtaking. The food at the local restaurant was amazing, and the local beaches were so fun to explore. We had a great time walking and driving around, and just hanging out around the rental! We'd love to stay here again in the future.

Absolutely wonderful! One small issue though…the bed corner going into the bathroom is way too close to the fireplace. This caused 2 bruises on my leg and my husband stubbed his toe. Ouch! It’s okay, we survived. Thank you for everything! This place is serene. We loved our stay. Cute decor! :)

Cute and cozy

The house was very cute and relaxing. Only thing missing was coffee/tea on site. Beautiful views and cute area!

Cottage was very clean, cozy and nicely decorated. View behind house was beautiful. Property management even went the extra for our 50th anniversay leaving us lovely gifts. We look forward to.staying again

Nice studio. Bed a bit soft for me but I’m picky. Tub/shower is cool but open to the entire space - so make sure you know each other really well or you will by the end of your stay!

Very comfortable. My friend and I stayed for a work conference. The cottage was perfect walking distance to all the amenities in Depot bay. The view was beautiful.

Check in check out difficult. Pictures were misleading. Tv and gas stove did not work well spent a lot of time waiting for someone to fix problems. Was told to look up how to use gas stove on utube
