Romantic 2bd upstairs apt Wifi SmartTV, Kitchen

Two flights of stairs, stained upholstery and ripped couched leather was not pleasant.

Location location location! A quick one and half block walk to Central Avenue where you will find all the historic bath houses, walking trails, shopping and restaurants. We were also delighted to find free EV charger right next to the Hot Springs Visitor Center.The apartment was very clean and uncluttered with plenty of natural light and the a/c kept us nice and cool on such sweltering days. We very much enjoyed out stay.

Location was perfect, a quick 3-5 minute walk to downtown. Quiet location at night, even being right next to a small hospital. Apartment was clean and perfect size for girls weekend. Will definitely rent again if we go back to the location. Host reached out during stay to ensure we had everything we needed!

Great location, very nice property. Only downfall was all the stairs getting to the apt.

Loved this space! Reminds me of my home! Seemed to have sat a wile between renters and really needed a walk though for a before we arrived for cleanliness. But otherwise loved the space!

The apartment was unique and had a really cool feel. This 2nd story, 2 bedroom apartment was clean and cozy, great for a couples get away. The listing pictures don't do it justice. The location was great, just a short walk to downtown for shopping, dinner, etc. The host was amazing to rent from, was verry accommodating, and I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for a great trip!

Charming apartment on the second floor! Clean, tastefully decorated! Location was just uphill from central avenue! Perfect!

The Apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. It was very close to everything so we could walk.

The property felt safe and cozy. It had lots of windows and felt so bright. The host was communicative and responsive. I enjoyed this stay very much!

The apartment was perfect. So clean and cute. Within walking distance of Central Av where everything happens. The two sets of stairs are a challenge for women in their fifties and sixties especially with luggage but we managed. We would stay here again for sure.

Cute apartment, centrally located. Wish it would have been cleaner when we got there. Dirty wash rag in the bedroom floor, bathtub had hair in it,and no plug. Bedroom doors won't stay shut if the air is on. Closed the door to go to bed and almost had a heart attack when the air kicked on and busted the door open. Neighboring apartment had a screaming kitten/cat. Entry door light doesn't work, so outside steps are dark getting up to key in code.

There are two sets of narrow stairs leading to the 2nd floor. The rooms were well furnished and the bed was firm but comfortable. This is a restored building and it was well done. The kitchen met my needs. I didn't use the dining table. The couch was comfortable, as well. The only drawbacks were the WiFi kept going out, the neighbors were very loud in the stairwell, and the ottoman needs to be cleaned (dog hair) otherwise a very clean rental. The owner was very responsive and resolved my issues quickly.

Very convenient to downtown. Remodeled older building with several apartments. Building has been updated but kept the character.

Welcoming space. Location is quiet. They had towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Space was equipped with everything.
