The generous dining table seats eight, while the luxury quartz-topped kitchen, complete with range cooker, instant hot water tap, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee machine, is laid out for relaxed cooking and entertaining. A separate utility room keeps laundry and beach gear out of sight.
