Stayed May 15, 2025This apartment offers a surprisingly quiet stay despite its location on a busy road. While the off-street parking is a plus (we needed it for a cargo trailer) , exiting is tricky and stressful. Be aware that the steps to the side apartment are quite steep. Inside, the beds and linens were clean, though we did notice the floor was dirty (wear slippers) and a broken trash can. The shower had very low water pressure, but the hot water was excellent. It provided the basics we needed for our work trip, but we found it a bit pricey for the value.

Stayed Oct 20, 2024My husband’s stay was for 2 weeks and it brought on more stress and inconvenience than it was worth. The advertised property does not match what you actually stay in.

Stayed Oct 16, 2024Greg is a great host. My wife and I enjoyed the stay. First time in Chicago and let me tell you… the drive way for parking is a must have which this place provides. Neighborhood is great, hot showers, climate control environment which you control. Easy process of checking in and out. Yes we would definitely come back to this location.

Stayed May 6, 2023This place was nice.. clean and easy to get to….the off street parking was great bonus! The only issue we had was the bed- needs a new mattress ? The owner was responsive and easy to work with!

Stayed Nov 25, 2022Great location if you are visiting and need a north Chicago location without being right at Northwestern University or closer to downtown. The hosts are very responsive. The apartment has some toiletries and coffee, but you may want to bring your own if you are going to be staying in a bit.
