Roark Downtown Branson, Pools, Playground!

Grandma had her own bedroom and bathroom, and my son and grandson shared their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had everything needed if we wanted to cook our own meals. The open living room, dining table and kitchen were great for all to gather and share food, snacks, drinks, and loved that my grandson could connect to Netflix or other sites to relax after a long day of site seeing, shopping, dining out and all. We definitely want to stay at this property again the next time we travel to Branson. We didn’t know where to throw the trash from trash cans or we would have but we bagged it for whoever cleans.

This location was super close to all the sites, Branson Landing and downtown quaint shops. The unit was super clean and well equipped. 2 full sized bathrooms and large bedrooms would be ideal for a family. We went at Christmas, but the pool would definitely be a plus with children in summertime! The check-in was flawless and easy, no kinks whatever during our wonderful stay!

We loved the room and how close it was to everything! My husband enjoyed walking alongside the creek in the morning. The pool looked very clean as well. We will definitely be returning!

We came down from Minnesota and arrived right around the check-in time of 4:00 pm Thurs (7/31). No issues whatsoever with parking or room access, all because of the clear details provided ahead of time. Our stay was great! Kids swam like fish every day in the outdoor pool, all the excursions we went on (Dollys Stampede, Top of Rock Golf Cart Tour, Titanic museum, and others) were all within very decent driving distance. The location too of this place is awesome! You’re not right in the downtown touristy area but you’re close where it’s no time at all no matter what you’d have planned. Finally, the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, TVs, etc all were pristine. I’ve already recommended this exact place to my dad and will recommend to anyone else heading there! Thanks for a great family trip!

Very relaxing and cozy place! Was perfect for us. We were able to walk to the Landing one day. Very clean and had everything we needed! I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, including beach towels. We will recomend this place to family and friends.

The host was amazing and willing to help with any needs throughout our stay. The condo is very conveniently located in the heart of everything. Walking to Branson Landing dinner and evening activities was so fun!!The condo is very clean and modern will all supplies needed for your stay. The pool was an absolute hit with my 10 year old! Beat way I k ow how to say our true feeling is that we will definitely stay here again next time we come to Branson!

We loved our stay here. Perfect location, we walked to get breakfast every morning with our dogs, and then walked to all the shops. So close to downtown. Very safe area, we fished off the dock by the condo, we swam in the pool, and the area was very clean and nice. Inside was so clean and felt very comfortable. The property managers were so helpful and FAST responses. We stayed here with our 9 month old and 13 year old and it was not too small, perfect size. They even had pool towels! 10 out of 10, would stay here again.
