- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.

You will have access to a first-come, first-served parking lot in front of the building.

Shared laundry by the entrance with the neighbouring `B` suite


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

The Invermere Farmer’s Market - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 4 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although up to two (x2) pets are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Please note that access to the Fairmont Hillside Waterpark is not included, but is available at the cost of $60/day/family of 4.

    Big and roomy, large deck with excellent view of the 10th hole! Great communication with host! Large kitchen and bbq! Animal friendly and lots of grass areas for our fur baby! Excellent area to stay, lots to do! Would rent again no problem!

    Sadly, we didn't have international calling so we couldn't reach the host to ask how to light the fireplace. We couldn't find any information on it either. We also couldn't get the jets to run in the jacuzzi tub. We couldn't see any controls with led us to believe that it was disconnected.

    Check in was flawless unit was very clean and as pictured. Extra touches like coffee and condiments and ice cubes as well as a bag of ice were provided. The unit was quite warm inspite of the air conditioning but we opened the door to patio and it quickly cooled. Kitchen taps could be replaced as well as provided knives which were very dull.

    Beautiful location Found the furniture in the unit and on the balcony to be somewhat uncomfortable. Loved the art work as it was so part of the area. The building itself was sub par. It I was an owner I would be looking at my property management team.

    We thought the property was lovely. Nice and bright, comfortable bed, great deck with view. Clean bbq. Just a few minor tips, think the stove and oven need a really good scrubbing, probably the reason why the burners take so long to heat up and update some of the pots and pans as they have a lot of burnt on food and lastly update the knife block old and dull knives. These few things are very minor Lovely place to stay……

    Our check-in was really easy - the access code didn't work, but a quick phone call, and we got a new one - worked great! Gorgeous location, we used the patio/deck a lot, just to enjoy the view, we bbq'ed twice - everything was very comfortable!

    A very clean property with a great view. The unit was well stocked. I didn't eat out much so I used the kitchen often. Utensils were not of a high quality and I had to rewash a couple of pans when I arrived. There was a small skillet that was quite burnt and scratched. I didn't bother using that one. Dishware was fine. It would have been nice to have a few containers with lids for leftovers or at least some saran wrap. When I was there the unit underneath me was being renovated which meant I heard power tools around 7:30 in the morning, pretty much every day of my stay. Overall, I'd give this condo a seven out of ten.

    Unit was clean but very basic. Lighting was less than desired as only very bright overhead lights in all rooms. Would have appreciated a reading lamp in the bedroom so that one person could read whole the other could still sleep. Would also have liked to have better pots and pans as they seem to have been somebody’s camping set previously. TV was scrambled but figured out that it had to be reset so often by unplugging it, then it worked ok. A/C was nice to have as it was very hot the week we were there and overhead fan helped in the bedroom.
