**RESORT FEES**:
Riverfront Resort & Spa is one of THE most sought after luxury resorts in Vail Valley. Important, below fees are separate and additional. ALL guests of this Resort are required to pay resort fees, regardless of reservation source. This includes guests who book with the Resort directly. Fees (subject to change by the Resort) are paid directly to the resort upon arrival, thus fees are not able to be included here. While we work closely with Resort staff, we are not affiliated with the Resort. (Marriott Bonvoy points do not apply.) This condo is privately owned and operated, giving you the benefit of reduced rates, and personalized service.
Additional Resort Fees plus local tax are:
- $75 booking fee, per stay
- $60 resort fee, per night ($25/night for 30+ nights)
- $45 valet parking, per night, per vehicle (if bringing a vehicle) ($25/night for 30+ nights)

HOUSEKEEPING:
Provided by your HOST (not the resort), and customized to your unique needs. Mid-stay clean provided for stays 7 nights or longer. Because the condo is always over-stocked with extra supplies, housekeeping is typically not provided for short stays - but is available upon request from the host. Resort paid laundry facilities available for guest use (no washer/dryer in the condo.)

**GUEST VERIFICATION: Additional guest verification is required at least 48 hours prior to arrival. We are committed to protecting our properties and guests. We partner with Truvi the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. After confirming your reservation, you will be contacted separately to verify your information. Some states/local regulations require this additional verification.

EXTENDED STAY:
We host several other similar condos at this Resort. Mid and long-term stays welcome during select months. Please inquire about reduced rates, reduced resort fees (no local lodging taxes for stays 30+ nights).

PETS:
One (1) well behaved dog of any size is welcome. Notification provided prior to arrival is required, pet fee $75 (total per stay) is non-refundable. Pets of any other kind are not allowed. Resort is very dog friendly. All we ask, please limit barking, and do not leave your furry friend in the condo unattended, unless crate trained. (No pets for 30+ night stays.)

LASTLY...
No parties or events. Max capacity 3 adults (up to 2 adults, plus 2 kids ok).
Minimum age 25 years old required of primary guest to rent.
No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or otherwise, this includes tobacco, marijuana or smoking of ANY kind.

    Excellent location and amenities. Westin property is beautiful with gondola access to Bachelor Gulch. Property was immaculate and comfortable. Bed was very nice and we enjoyed the little extras in the kitchenette like the coffee machine. Will definitely book again when visiting Beaver Creek.

    We were blown away with this condo! Condo was squeaky clean and well stocked with everything and more! Better than the photos, the fireplace and unique art accents made our getaway special. Beds are super comfy and linens very plush. We were surprised with the in room coffee/hot chocolate bar. The coffee machine is wonderful, and can make practically any kind of coffee. I even made myself a latte (coffee provided, bring your own milk). We enjoyed the host provided s'mores kit outside at the resort fire pit early evening, a special treat, and fun memories! We loved the Westin resort amenities, and visited the spa, restaurant and outdoor hot tubs. Westin rooftop bar has incredible views. Well worth the resort fees, luxury of this level is hard to come by. Host was quick to respond, and we appreciated the insider tips provided before our arrival, to make the most of our first visit to the area. We've stayed at many vacation rentals and the professionalism is well beyond anything we've seen. We will be back!
