Riverfront apartment downtown with parking

Great location! Perfect for our weekend getaway

We loved our stay and I hope to stay here again next summer. It was in a perfect location and walkable to everything. I loved having an onsite parking spot because parking can be a challenge to find downtown. So not having that to worry about was great. I did not notice much kitchen noise from the restaurant downstairs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent two nights at Riverside Suites. It is RIGHT on the water, with charter boats backed up to the dock below the window. The place is very quiet -- we didn't even know they'd gone out early in the morning! Great view of boats going up and down the river, the Star of Saugatuck is right next door, and a wonderful breakfast place across the street. The aprtement is beautiful, spacious and well cared for.

Great location! Need to figure out something different for garbage cans. Terrible smell,windows facing the water need both inside and outside cleaning, lots of cobwebs inside and need cleaning under couch

Clean rental overall with a great location and view. Only minor comment - the stairway up to the apartments is in need of replacing and the exterior door needed a great scrubbing. Would recommend.

Enjoyed mornings drinking coffee on back deck and watching variety of vacation, fishing, and paddle boats go by.

Unit was very clean with a great location. Back deck overlooking the harbor is wonderful. You are within walking distance of most everything in town. We took the paddle wheel boat cruise that is right next door. Had Taco's at the Sauga Taco just downstairs, excellent food. Also boat rentals just down the street.

Absolutely amazing property and location. 10/10 highly recommend.

The unit was super clean and the view was great! Unfortunately the directions to get there were not so good. This Unit is above a restaurant, which is fine, but it should’ve been disclosed so we could find it! It was dark when we arrived and there were no lights on outside of the unit. The staircase was dark and steep. Then the fireplace didn’t work. I had text the property manager with no response back. The fireplace was one of the reasons I wanted to stay here. All in all it was a nice place. I just wish the communication was better.

Winter trip for solitude and a view and this place delivered. It was very clean, There are a few little things that need to be fixed thus the 4 stars. One faucet didn't work, I couldn't find the light for the exterior stairs; a panel for the drapes on the sliding door fell off; and most of all the only lock on the front door was the combo lock one - I don't know who else might have that number. I would feel much more comfortable/safe with a second interior lock.

The place is great, however the company that manages the property is horrible. Issues included - Duplicate Charges - Lack of communication on Check-in Instructions - External Lock Combination Change Mid-Stay, not communicated - Unresponsiveness to phone calls, and lack of coverage at there office

Nice location. Worked well for our family of 4

Very good location, functional and clean. It is perfect for a couple with a smaller child or a friend. We did not use the kitchen, however it looked quite nice for a short stay. You are right at the water and can see ships go by at any weather.
