A damage inspection will be done at the end of your staying. If damages or lost items are found, they will be charged to you, based on market cost. Smoking is not allowed in the property, a US$ 500 fine or immediate removal of the property. About no children policy: Children can be unpredictable and require extra attention and supervision.
