Perfect apartment for a typical mountain vacation! Surrounded by greenery, with large terraces facing the mountains, in a quiet residence consisting of several buildings all within a small private and fenced park. The apartment is located on the ground floor with respect to the pedestrian entrance (only 5 low steps) and is spread over one floor.
There is access to an anteroom, which leads to the kitchen from the front and to the right to the living room with fireplace, the central area ofthe apartment that opens onto a beautiful terrace with mountain views, large enough to accommodate deckchairs or a dining table. The sleeping area has a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, large flat screen television and internet.
The standard equipment is with sheets and towels, shampoo and shower gel, kitchen equipped for 4 people with a small welcome salt-oil-pepper kit.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
