very clean and convenient. close to airport and stadium. walkable to convenience store and restaurants. Could have used a second coffee mug and would have liked more communication from the host before we arrived. Otherwise great!

The room were super clean. The bed was so comfortable and the were plenty of pillows for us to use. The AC were usable and easy to use as there's a remote for it. Do be aware that it is set in Celsius (not that I'm complaining. It was helpful to me). Bathroom was super clean. There were some reviews about it being musty or something but they were clean for uses. The kitchenette was cute and small. It does have the kitchen utensils and silverware, plus cups and glasses for uses. TV and the WiFi were easy to use as they were there already and hooked up to the WiFi. Location is close to the main house but it was completely separate to them. There are several shops close by within 10 minutes drive to the area. Coffee, restaurants, diners.

I would definitely stay here again thoroughly enjoyed the stay

Great communication, clean room

The host was communicative however the night we stayed he had a party. The room we rented is attached to his own house and we heard loud music talking and partying late at night. It was clean but be aware if they have a party it will be loud and you won’t be able to sleep. We couldn’t. The neighborhood looked sketchy. Other late night parties going on that night. It is a tiny place but it could have been comfortable for us.

Was perfect for our overnight stay for a flight from TPA. Would recommend to couples looking for somewhere to stay for the night!

Wonderful, clean property centrally located near the airport

Apartment was nice. But two broken-down cars out front.

This property is an unexpected gem. It is very fresh and new (and beautiful) and offers all that is needed for a relaxing stay. It literally has all that you need and more!

It has a lot of plusses. Close to TPA. Excellent communication. Clean. It is very compact and only conducive to sleeping.

Apartment was very clean, easy to locate and conveniently located. Parking was a little tight which is the only less then 5* about this location. Would stay again

Close to airport. Quite and clean. Nice TV. Comfortable bed. Worked great for our one night stay before an early morning flight.

The apartment was very nice inside... updated and very clean. Was not impressed by with the neighborhood.

Where do I begin all I can say is as soon as I got into the room and opened the door I loved this little apartment. It had everything I needed and more. Very clean and organized I would definitely stay there again if I ever come back to Tampa. There's even a convenience store around the corner. How convenient is that! Wonderful place to stay.

Nice place to stay

Stayed here one night w a friend. We were running a bit late for checkout but the host was super nice about it. Definitely would recommend
