Rialto-SanPolo Boutique Apartment

My wife and I spent 3 days here in May. It’s a wonderful , clean and bright apartment in a wonderful quiet yet central neighbourhood. Luca is an amazing host, meeting us st the vaporetto stop and walking us to the apartment. He also was extremely helpful on our departure day as there was rotating taxi and train strikes that day across the country. Would highly recommend the apartment to anyone wanting a lovely experience in Venice!

What a lovely surprise. We had no idea that this would be so beautiful. Our host Luca has exquisite taste, the apartment is simply lovely. The location is perfect, about a 5 minute walk to the Rialto bridge and shops. Luca's brother Marco greeted us right off the water taxi and took us to the apartment. The quality of the bed, linens, dishes, etc. was unexpected and what a treat!!! Also, Luca very kindly helped us figure out (via text) how to best navigate the transportation for everything we wanted to do - so kind and responsive (again unexpected). We will definitely come back again and again and recommend this lovely spot to our friends and family.

We had a lovely time. We were there at the peak of the tourist season and although San Polo was busy it was not too crowded to enjoy. The location of the apartment was good for walking everywhere and exploring Venice. There is a local coop which was excellent for basic provisions ( but not English Tea). The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Luca was very considerate and contacted us after a few days to ask if everything was alright and ask if we needed any help or advice. We had a wonderful holiday!

My wife and I recently stayed at Luca's flat in the heart of the San Polo district of Venice. Very convenient to the Rialto and Rialto Mercato ferry stops, and restaurants, shopping, etc. Luca was very helpful in the reservation process, providing instructions for getting to the flat, and even met us at the ferry stop to take us to the flat and show us around. The flat was comfortable, modern and made a very nice base for our explorations. He also has a good guest folder, with info on all the appliances, heater, A/C, and local restaurants. All in all, a great experience!

The apartment was large for Venice and had all the amenities that are needed. Close to the Grande Canal and the Rialto bridge. Walking around Venice is the best way to see the city and this location makes it easy. Luca is helpful and provides recommendations. He met us at the taxi stop and walked us to the apartment, helping with my bags. I am not sure we would have found the apartment on our own without him showing us the first time. Overall- it was a great apartment for our stay in Venice. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

A tidy, elegant apartment on a quiet street that was perfect for our 5 day stay in Venice. The pictures were accurate and captured the character of the apartment and location. Was truly less than 5 minutes walk to the Rialto bridge or market. The owner's brother met us at San Stae at the agreed time to check in, met the owner the evening before we left and we did a self check out. They had helpful ideas for conveniences (the market and transportation) but were not able to make sightseeing or activity suggestions. The location made our stay in Venice very enjoyable. Before our arrival I was asked for passport and other details (nominally for tourist registration) but at the check in was presented with a 2 page rental contract all in Italian (not good for an english speaker). While the full damage deposit was refunded, thought the amount was high. Venice is a beautiful city, carnival was fantastic, off-season made the visit so much more relaxed and the character and location of the apartment were part of a very memorable vacation.
