This was our third time staying here. We use the whole house and appreciate the fully stocked kitchen and openness in the main rooms. The fun retro 70’s vibe is definitely not our style but we find this place a fun way to separate from tradition and try something new! I mean where else can you find a dull-size Pac Man arcade game on the property? The whole family enjoys this space, including the four legged family.Kat is a great host. Any questions or concerns are taken to heart and addressed very quickly.We’ll be back.

Fun little property. The comforts of granny's house with artsy updates. Great neighborhood located close to all the activities. We would definitely stay here again. Some of the things we did: Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium, Joslyn Art Museum, The Old Market, Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge, Café Postale, Alpine Inn.

Kat’s place was just as pictured. Clean and everything we needed. Our only complaint was the noise level of the upstairs guests.

This was the BEST stay on our 8 day road trip. The space is spotless and provides everything you need to keep it that way. Kat provides a lot of helpful information for exploring Omaha and the space itself. If we return to Omaha, my family would definitely stay again.

This place is a complete and total vibe! Perfect for my adult daughter and I to have a getaway to celebrate her birthday and another year complete of undergrad. Excellent location for all things Omaha! Zoo, Prehistoric Putt, Big Brain for tattys, rolled ice cream, Cascio’s steakhouse, and so much more! There is a sweet trail nearby within walking distance with beautiful murals on the grain bins. Nice neighborhood and easy to find and get around. We have been gone for a few nights now and I already miss it. Beds were super comfy, the decor was on point, comfy furniture, great linens and bathroom, sick game and laundry room downstairs… cannot recommend this place enough! Host was communicative and precise! Don’t question itBook it!

The Retro Funky Retreat is an absolute gem! From the moment we booked, the host's communication was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive, answering every question almost instantly and accommodating all our needs. The unit itself was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the game room, on-site laundry, and the super comfortable beds. As soon as you walk in, you're welcomed by a cute little sign on the retro fridge! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need: parchment paper, oil, seasonings, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, and soap. There were even garbage bags and readily available trash disposal, so you don't have to wait until checkout. Plenty of towels, soaps, and body washes were provided, adding to the convenience. Plus, if you book again, there's a coupon code on the fridge for 10% off your next stay!The location is fantastic, just a short drive from the zoo and various restaurants. The nearby pizza place was amazing, and the Alpine Inn was perfect for our little ones. The proximity to the riverfront is a huge plus. While the area has some ambient noise, the host thoughtfully provides sound machines, though we barely needed them. The ceiling fans are powerful, so no need to pack extra fans!
