Charm of a wood burning fireplace, private use of a saltwater spa, charcoal grill, private patio with firepit and much, much more. Private entrance, offstreet parking in a high end Jo neighborhood that is beatiful, safe and convenient. Close to the Airforce Academy, Garden of the Gods and I-25.

We have a wonderfullong term tenant upstairs and my wife and I live next door. . Our recent remodel included ceiling insulation and double sheetrock ceilings, so noise is not an issue. We are very laid back, but we do not allow smoking or drugs. We cater to couples, business travelers and families. If you are looking for a college party experience, please look elsewhere.
