The community of Laurel Bay, where the unit is located, has businesses located at street level including Su Su Sushi, The Corner Brewhouse and The Postal Annex. More restaurants, banks and a market are just one block away.

Aside from the condominium itself, you can enjoy the fitness center, pool and spa. A BBQ grill is located pool side. The community offers a shared business office with two computers, printer, fax machine and shredder. If you enjoy playing the piano or sitting and reading, the community room is perfect for these activities, complete with a fireplace and baby grand piano.

The community of Laurel Bay is located at 2400 5th Avenue between Laurel and Kalima streets in the Bankers Hill neighborhood of San Diego. The lobby is located half-way between Laurel and Kalima streets on 5th Avenue. Laurel Bay is a secured community. A key FOB is required to enter. Metered parking is available on most streets. Free parking is located one block away in Balboa Park or along the east side of 6th Avenue.

Casita Balboa is located in an urban setting. Normal urban and neighbor noises are to be expected (as with any other urban properties). You will be living among full-time residents and adherence to the community rules and respect of the community property, quiet times and residents is expected and greatly appreciated.
