This charming apartment is located on the first floor of Residenza Il Gabbiano. It was completely renovated and tastefully furnished in June 2019 and is located on Cannobio's enchanting lakefront.

The apartment's privileged location offers romantic panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the Lombardy and Swiss shores.

The apartment is 55 square meters and comprises:

- large balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful lake view
- a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, sink, refrigerator, and freezer
