Renton lovely 2-bedroom apartment free parking

This property is clean and well priced for the area. We brought our family (with three young kids) to see the sights in Seattle. It was nice to have separate bedrooms for kids with earlier bedtimes. One of the bedrooms even had a pack and play which was an unexpected bonus. I would definitely recommend this little apartment.

This is second time we’ve rented from Mason. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

We arrived mid-day on a Friday and it was nice to be accommodated on early check-in. The place was spacious and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We were grateful for the waters in the fridge and ice in the tray in the freezer. The beds were a little more firm than we are used to, but that did not prevent us from getting a good nights sleep. The apartment had the capability of climate control. a/C if you were hot, fans if not that hot and heat if it was chilly and it was the first day we were there. The only complaint we have is that the TV and/streaming service really was not great. No major Cable channels and movies kept freezing and we had to restart them several times. We attempted to cast our devices to get other channels, but that kept crashing too. Perhaps offer basic cable and some other streaming channels. This is the only issue we had and since it was only the evenings, it wasn’t that much of a problem. Another plus was having a washer and dryer with some supplies to use. That helped us out tremendously.

A co-worker and I were in Renton for work for 2 weeks and wanted a place to stay other than a hotel so we could prepare meals and hang out in the evenings after full days of work. This place delivered that - it was fairly clean and quiet and close to were we were working. The kitchen was modestly equipped - although we didn't really cook huge meals, mainly made coffee and used the microwave. Nice place to stay!! The internet was somewhat spotty at times, but no long-term outages. Overall would recommend.

We had a loved one in Valley Medical. We needed a place nearby very unexpectedly. Luckily I found this cute little place. It was spacious, updated and in a convenient location. It had almost everything we needed except for a few kitchen items. The host was very responsive and we felt safe and comfortable during a very difficult time. Highly recommend.

Everything was terrific!
