Charming apartment in a beautiful old town house. Central location, to quickly participate in city life.
The apartment can accommodate two to five people, has a living area of 120m² and the rooms are distributed on two levels. On the lower level you will find on approx. 60m ² a cozy living room with satellite - TVflat screen, stereo and telephone on request. Furthermore, there is a very nice dining room for six people, a complete shower room (guest toilet), a hallway with charming old staircase to the sleeping area and a large, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker , Toaster, microwave and what else to expect. On the upper level you will find two comfortable bedrooms with double beds (box spring). Bed linen is available, the beds are made. There is also a large shower room, shower 120 x 80, hair dryer. Towels are available.
A roof terrace with electric awning invites you to sit together. Terrace furniture is of course available.
It overlooks the city park.
Underground parking for bicycles is available. Parking behind the house.
The most popular activity of our guests is hiking. Since we are located on the southern Harz, there are hiking trails for everyone.
There is much to explore and experience. There are various Trofsteinhöhlen, show mines (especially the Rammelsberg in Goslar), old half-timbered towns, castles and palaces can be visited and not least the Harz Nature Park. For the sporty there is every form of winter sports, in the hall and on the mountain. Also mountain biking, downhill, monster scooters, climbing parcours and much more. A ride on the steam train to Brocken should not be missed.
