The loft was in a terrific location, walking distance to restaurants, the plaza, and the Railyard district. It was clean and had everything we needed. The wine, cheese, and crackers awaiting us when we got there was an especially nice touch. Definitely would stay there again!

This unit did not disappoint! It was clean and exactly what the listing promised. It was a short walk to downtown. Santa Fe! The hosts were responsive and welcomed us with cheese, crackers and Champagne!

Linda and Lance made our stay quite enjoyable as their properties are maintained with high standards. It was equally nice to arrive to a welcoming wine, cheese and crackers after being on the road. The location of The Loft couldn't be better resteraunts, shopping, Ski Santa Fe, etc. Loved our time in Santa Fe when we return we'd love to stay here again.

Perfect little home, great location, and great hosts that went above and beyond!

Overall we had a good stay. We were staying over Christmas and the fan on the refrigerator was going out so we had 3 pretty sleepless nights since we didn’t want to report trouble over Christmas. The problem was quickly resolved once we advised the owners and a new refrigerator was installed so should be great for future guests. The owners keep a comfortable and clean group of units. We have stayed before the Christmas visit and will likely stay again. Location is good for any activities and walkable. They leave a lovely welcome snack for arrival.

Attention to detail, comfortable bed, interesting decor and everything we required. Excellent location to walk to plaza, rail yard areas. Clearly, they know how to host and present a lovely residence. Appreciate the atmosphere and will book again.

This is a very cute, safe and quiet home. Perfect for a couple. It is close to everything and I walked everywhere from the house. The hosts were very sweet and accommodating and they even had cheese crackers and wine waiting for me when I arrived!

Located close to everything. Can walk to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. About a mile from historic Santa Fe. Host was great. Wine, cheese, beer and a book of to-dos on the area. All were an amazing touch!

Overall it was good. The place was very clean, and thoughtfully appointed. The owners provided wine, cheese, crackers, and a couple of beers. Easy walking to the farmers market, restaurants, and the square. I REALLY appreciate the ability to leave without having to clean the place. The downsides: the bed was uncomfortably hard for us, and the traffic noise was bothersome at night (people revving cars with loud exhausts on the busy street). If we'd known about those two issues, we'd have chosen a different option -- preferably one of the other places on the same property because everything else was so great.

Very well-equipped space. Clean, comfortable, and excellent location near the Railyard entertainment area and walkable to the square and downtown. We had a wonderful time.

The loft was perfect for a couple. Everything was great especially the location. We had easy access to old town as well as the Railyard area. The info providing area activities was helpful & we enjoyed our stay.

This one bedroom/one bath was the perfect setting for a 3 week stay in Santa Fe. Its amenities, parking, the outdoor seating area, communication with the owner, and location were superb. This unit is less than 1/2 mile walk to the Plaza area, the Rail Yard, and the State Capitol. The photos are accurate and you will love the little welcome gifts the owners provide.

Enjoyed the property! Walking distance to lots that Santa Fe has to offer. Owners left some nice treats for our arrival. Will stay again!

We loved “The Loft”. It is perfectly located , within walking distance to the delights of downtown. We really enjoyed visiting the churches. Many birdwatching sites and hiking trails in and around Santa Fe. Thank you for providing for my morning coffee, what a treat. I highly recommend staying here.

Hosts thought of everything so well. Nicest VRBO stay ever. Welcome snacks were special. Loft in great shape. Must be easily able to climb stairs to 2nd level with luggage. Check in instructions were excellent. No issues with stay whatsoever. Thx Linda!

This was our first time visiting Santa Fe. The VRBO Loft was ideally located to all points of interest and outstanding restaurants. As road cyclists, we were just two streets away from the rail trail, allowing us to walk and ride to the outskirts of the city on a paved trail to explore and get our exercise in! The Loft was exceptionally, clean, modern and bright. We appreciated the secure offstreet parking for our van. The communication re check in and all related details was thorough and tmely. This property is SMALL, but not too small for two. Was in immaculate condition and well appointed. Excellent location, only ca. 0.5 mi to Plaza area. Excellent hosts. After a 9 hour drive was lovely to have a couple of beers and a bottle of wine provided to unwind with.

The Loft provided a perfect spot to explore this wonderful place in New Mexico. Located within walking distance of the main attractions, it felt like home; it was cozy, provided everything we needed, and the owners added extra welcoming touches such as a bottle of wine, milk, coffee etc for starters. Lance and Linda were most responsive to any questions we had, gave us freely of their time and provided excellent hints about what to do and where to go. It was a dream vacation for us!

We enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped, clean unit. We would recommend it and hope to stay there again some time.

The Loft is in an excellent location with many nice restaurants located nearby. It was exactly what I was looking for: a well appointed, comfortable, clean, small apartment for sleeping while attending a workshop in Santa Fe. The location in the back of a business does not provide a beautiful view or setting, but that was not what I needed. The price certainly makes up for it.

Communication was great. The driveway is a little tricky to find, but thanks to the good directions we had no issue. We felt safe and the loft was clean, comfortable, and well stocked without being overloaded. The welcoming touches were very sweet. The book with suggestions and reviews of local restaurants was very helpful and spot on. We appreciated the walk ability of the location to downtown. Perfect place for a weekend, or longer, getaway!

Cute and homey loft in an excellent location to tour Santa Fe.

Linda and Lance have a perfectly located loft that is well-appointed, clean, and exactly like the photos. You'll get great recommendations of what to do in town (including great places to eat!), and a feeling that you're right at home. My favorite part was waking up early and watching the sun rise over the mountains while I sipped my breakfast tea. That could be you!

Easy walking access to both The Plaza and The Railyard area. Hosts were great to work with and truly treat you like special guests to their property. A few things to share, if you love firm mattresses this is the place for you and if you have long or thick hair plan extra time for the shower as the water pressure is very low. Will definitely look at staying in their properties again when I hopefully come back to Santa Fe in the future.

Excellent property! I was in town by myself preparing for a permanent move Santa Fe in April 2025. Not only was the property perfect for what I needed, Linda and Lance were awesome. They had great advice for my move in April, and they didn’t have to do that. It was a quick walk into town. Highly recommended!

After 12 hours of travel we arrived to a lovely bottle of wine with cheese and crackers! This gave us a moment before we went in search of dinner a 5 minute walk away. We did not drive anywhere for the first 2 days as it is a perfect location for eating drinking and sightseeing! The loft wis perfectly appointed for all our needs, bed was super comfortable too!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this trip. We loved that we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen quite useable. Host kindly left some starter provit.provisions. A

We stayed 4 nights and so enjoyed our location. Easy walking distance to food, shopping and museums. The info in the Loft was great for recommendations, visited many that were suggested. the accomodations were clean, organized and the living space was warm and inviting. Appreciated the attention to detail and customer service.

After a two hour flight delay and a rough flight and landing, we were delighted to arrive at our loft. The cheese and crackers and wine definitely hit the spot as we were famished. What a nice touch from the owners. The place was so nicely decorated and what a great location. We easily walked to all of the fun spots and had coffee every morning at Ohori's around the corner. Linda quickly replied to all questions that we had. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Wonderful location! We walked to restaurants and to the Square. Nice to park your car and walk. The Loft was clean and cozy and exactly like its stated by the owners. The owners were wonderful in making sure we had a warm welcome with complimentary cheese, crackers and wine. We didn't really cook as we ate out most of the time because the food was great in Santa Fe. We will stay here again when we return to Santa Fe.

The location of this property is absolutely incredible with so many of the biggest highlights in Santa Fe within walking distance! The loft is really well equipped and we didn't want for anything! Linda was extremely accommodating and welcoming, and it was great to chat with Lance! Thank you!

I love this loft and hope it will be available for my next trip to Santa Fe. The location is perfect to walk to downtown and the many restaurants that are nearby. It was very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and nice to come back to after much walking and shopping. The hosts thought of everything and I would definitely recommend it.
